ABOUT US

Our Purpose
SEArcular exists to prevent plastic waste from reaching the ocean and to create meaningful, lasting impact for the communities living on its shores.
Our commitment
Delivering on this purpose requires holding ourselves to the highest standards — for our people, our partners, and the planet.
-
Recover and recycle hundreds of tons of ocean-bound plastics every month
-
Empower waste pickers and coastal communities through fair wages, health insurance, and education
-
Achieve full circularity through bottle-to-bottle recycling technology
-
Reduce CO2 emissions and fossil fuel dependency through 100% recycled content materials
Business relevance
Our purpose is not separate from our business — it is our business. Every ton of plastic we recycle generates environmental and social value while creating commercial opportunities for brands seeking sustainable, recycled materials.
Governance
This purpose statement has been reviewed and approved by Max Craipeau, CEO & Founder of Greencore Resources Limited, and applies across all SEArcular by Greencore operations in Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the UAE.
People & Human Rights
We respect human rights across all our operations and supply chains — in Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the UAE. We align with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
This means zero tolerance for forced labour, child labour, or discrimination; fair wages and safe working conditions for all employees; and a commitment to the fair treatment of all waste pickers in our collection network, including access to PPE, safe working conditions, and fair compensation.
Our grievance mechanism is open to all workers and stakeholders: erlina@greencore-resources.com
